What is Absurdle?

An adversarial version of Wordle where the game actively avoids giving you the answer, changing the hidden word with every guess. Can you corner it?

Absurdle is a free daily word game. Everyone gets the same puzzle each day, so it's easy to compare results with friends.

How to play Absurdle

  1. Guess a five-letter word, just like in Wordle.
  2. Instead of picking a word in advance, Absurdle keeps as many possible answers alive as it can, choosing feedback that eliminates the fewest words.
  3. Corner it until only one word fits, then guess that word to win.

Absurdle tips
